Flax crackers with veggie pulp from juicer:

 

2 cups flax seeds

≈6 cups veggie pulp from juicing 

2 cups water

2 Tbsp Nama Shoyu or soy sauce

2 tsp sea salt

2 tsp dried oregano

2 tsp dried thyme

2 tsp garlic powder

 

Mix all ingredients together and let sit for ≈30 minutes. Spread onto 2 teflex sheets and dehydrate at 104⁰ for 3 hours. Using a butter knife, score lines into the crackers ( for whatever size you will want them to be- I make 32 pieces scoring 8 lines on one side and 4 lines on the other). Flip it over onto the mesh screen and peel off the teflex sheet. Dehydrate for another 5-6 hours or overnight. When done, break the crackers at the scored lines and store in a sealed bag or container.
